A plain-English summary. The full policy and consent forms are provided before any work begins.

• Consent first. We require a signed parental/guardian consent & media release before working with any minor’s video, photos, or information.
• What we collect. Only what’s needed: athlete info, stats, footage, social handles, target schools, and contact details.
• How it’s stored. On access-controlled, encrypted storage with backups. Each family’s data is separate. We don’t sell your data.
• Retention. Raw footage is deleted on a set schedule after delivery; finished content is kept per your agreement and deleted on request.
• Your rights. Ask anytime what we hold, request corrections, or request deletion at [email protected].

Cookies & tracking

• This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. No Google Analytics, no ad pixels, no cross-site tracking.
• Essential only. The client portal (portal.homeplaterecruiting.com) uses a login session cookie — required for the service to work. Your cookie choice itself is stored in your browser (localStorage), nowhere else.
• If we add analytics later, it will load only for visitors who chose "Accept all" in the cookie banner. You can change your choice anytime via the Cookie choices link in the footer.
• Forms. When you submit the intake or audit form, the info you typed is emailed to us via a form-delivery service (Web3Forms); it is not used for advertising.
• Fonts. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and Fontshare; those requests share your IP address with the font host, like any web request.
